Purpose and data access

This private application creates low-stock and operational error reminders for its operator. It uses Google OAuth to verify the authorized Google account’s email address and obtain permission to create a dedicated secondary Google calendar and manage events in calendars created by the application. It does not request access to other calendars, contacts, Gmail, or Google Drive through this Calendar authorization.

How data is used

The application stores the authorized email address, OAuth credentials, calendar and event identifiers, reminder state, queue counts and diagnostic codes. These are used only to authorize Calendar requests, create reminders and prevent duplicate events. Reminder details are sent to Google Calendar.

Storage and protection

OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored on the operator’s Windows server, encrypted with Windows DPAPI and protected by operating-system access controls. Tokens are not stored in the public website or source repository and are not intentionally written to application logs. Operational records remain on that server.

Sharing and limited use

Google account data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. Access is limited to the operator and service providers needed to run the application. The application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention, revocation and deletion

Authorization data is retained while the integration is enabled. Reminder state is retained as needed to avoid duplicates and diagnose errors. The operator can revoke access in Google Account connections and request deletion of locally stored authorization data and reminder records by contacting the address below. Revoking access alone does not delete existing Google Calendar events; the operator can delete those events or the dedicated calendar in Google Calendar.

Website

This informational website uses no analytics, advertising, forms or application cookies. The hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information, such as IP addresses and request timestamps, to deliver and secure the website. Google OAuth and Calendar data are handled by the private application, not by this website.
